Service and warranty turnaround depends on the current workload but is usually 3-5 business days from being checked in to our system to being completed. We work on a first-in, first-served based. During busier periods, we thank you for your patience
We recommend checking your tracking details firstly. We send out a notification via email when your skateboard is checked into our workshop. We'll also notify you when the work has been completed and when the invoice has been paid. Please kindly chec
