Please upload a receipt that contains:

• Supplier’s name and ABN or ACN; or other business details as defined by region
• Date of supply
• Product or service, and
• Price

Warranty Registration Steps

1. Create a customer account on our website and once logged in go to EDIT.
2. Enter your contact and transaction details.
3. Upload a clear photo of the proof of purchase which was included when the board was newly purchased or in your email inbox.
4. Click SAVE

Warranty on secondhand boards will be honoured as long as you or the existing owner can provide the proof of purchase and original purchaser’s details (first and last name and contact number or email). It’s best to run this by Evolve prior to purchasing a secondhand board to make sure the warranty is still valid if the board was purchased directly from Evolve.

Evolve USA / Canada

Warranty Registration is required within 14 days of purchase when a board is purchased through an Authorized Evolve Skateboard retailer.

Skateboards purchased directly from the Evolve Skateboards website are automatically registered and require no further action.

Warranty Registration is not available in New Zealand. In the event you need to claim a warranty, you will need to supply us with your receipt so please keep a copy on file.
