Why Are My Battery Cells Showing Red on the Remote?Updated 15 days ago

Noticing red cells on your Phaze remote? Here’s what it means — and when to take action.

🔋 What the Red Cell Indicator Means

Your remote highlights any cell that falls outside of the expected range by showing it in red. This can happen at any time, not just after charging.

Here’s what to look for:

    •    If you have one or two cells above the rest, and they’re in red but still within 0.1V of the others — this is okay. .

    •    If you have one or more cells below the rest, shown in red and outside the 0.1V tolerance, that could be a concern. This may indicate a weak or unbalanced cell and it’s worth checking in with the tech team.

✅ What’s Considered Normal?

    •    A variance within 0.1V across all cells is normal.

    •    Green means the cell is healthy and within range.

    •    Red means the cell is either the highest or lowest — a visual cue, not always a fault.

This applies to the following boards:

GTR Series 2 | Stoke | Onirique | Hadean | Diablo | Stoke X | Renegade
