Where Do I Send My Board to Be Repaired?Updated 8 days ago

If your board needs a service or repair, don’t stress — we’ve got you covered. While all repairs are handled at our Evolve HQ on the Gold Coast, we also work with a few trusted retail partners who can help with certain issues. This is a great option if you’re not located near us.

If your board can’t be fixed locally, or if you’d prefer to send it straight to us, we’ve made that process quick and easy.

Start with Troubleshooting

Before anything is shipped, our tech team will guide you through some quick checks. Many common issues can be sorted by ordering the correct part and replacing it yourself — we’ll show you how.

If a repair is needed, we’ll let you know what’s next and how to send it in.

What We’ll Need From You


To get started, send through the following:

    •    Your order number (if available)

    •    A clear description of the issue

    •    Any photos or videos of the problem

    •    Details of what you’ve already tried


Once we have that info, our team will either help you fix the issue at home, or set you up to send your board in for repairs.

If you’re sending your board to us, we’ll walk you through every step — including:

    •    What to pack

    •    Where to send it

    •    How to track it

We’ll also let you know when it’s checked in, and when the repair is done. 


🛠 Note: We currently don’t offer repairs in Western Australia, so all repairs from WA must be sent to Evolve HQ.
