🔋 What’s the difference between 12s2p, 12s3p, and 12s4p batteries?Updated 10 hours ago

We offer three battery configurations in our newer boards: 12s2p, 12s3p, and 12s4p.

Each has the same voltage (12s), but different capacity based on how many cells are connected in parallel (2p, 3p, or 4p).

The more ‘p’, the more range—but also more weight.

⚡ Quick Breakdown:

12s2p – Smallest Capacity

  • Lightest setup

  • Shortest range

  • Ideal for carving, short commutes

  • Found in: Stoke X

  • Also fits: Fusion, Diablo Bamboo, Renegade

12s3p – Medium Capacity

  • More range than 2p

  • Still lighter than 4p

  • Balanced for daily riding

  • Found in: Fusion

  • Also fits: Diablo Bamboo, Renegade

12s4p – Largest Capacity

  • Longest range

  • Heaviest setup

  • Ideal for long rides, steep terrain, or heavier riders

  • Found in: Diablo Carbon, Diablo Bamboo, Renegade

  • Does not fit: Fusion or Stoke X

🧰 Battery Swapping & Compatibility

All three battery sizes use the same mounting pattern, so in some cases, they can be swapped—but only if the deck physically fits the size.

✅ Summary

  • All three options run the same voltage—performance feels similar off the line.

  • What changes is range and weight.

  • If you’re not sure what fits your board, let us know your model and we’ll confirm compatibility.

  • If you want a non-standard battery installed when buying a board, we’ll check if it’s possible and set it up for you.
