Domestic

Most accessories are sent via Australia Post and can take 3-5 days to arrive depending on the region. WA, NT and Regional Areas should expect to see their parcel within 7 - 14 days.

All our skateboards and batteries are sent through Startrack or TNT Road Freight. Our boards must be handled as dangerous goods due to Australian lithium battery regulations and may require a mandatory overnight holding period, which can affect shipping times.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes, military bases or temporary accommodation.

International deliveries are sent via FedEx and take approx. 6 days depending on your location. Full tracking details will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery to North Island is usually overnight and to South Island 1-3 days.

We currently send all electric skateboards via UPS courier due to restrictions on lithium batteries shipped via air freight and box size restrictions through regular mail.

For the UK, Skateboards take 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, and accessories are usually delivered within 2 business days. Accessory shipping prices are calculated by weight and dimension.

For Ireland, Skateboards take 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, and accessories are usually delivered within 2 business days. Accessory shipping prices are calculated by weight and dimension. Shipping duties and taxes are covered by Evolve and you will not need to pay anymore once you have purchased your product.

Evolve Europe

We currently send all electric skateboards via DPD courier due to restrictions on lithium batteries shipped via air freight and box size restrictions through regular mail. Shipping times with DPD are 2-8 business days depending on your location. 

We currently send all accessories and parts via UPS courier (excluding batteries). Shipping times with UPS Standard are 2- 5 business days depending on your location.

Please note that the times do not include processing and packing of your order. If you place an order on a Friday, Weekend, or Public Holiday it will take longer to dispatch it to you.
