Does Project BMX come with warranty?

Yes, all bikes are covered by a limited 1 year warranty.


How do I service Project BMX?

The Project BMX electronic system is seperate to the build of the bike. All traditional bike components (eg brakes, tyres, pedals, handlebars and stem) can be serviced by 3rd party bike servicing companies or individuals who have standard bike knowledge. The components are industry standard allowing for customisation and replacement. 


Electronic components (battery, drive system, display and throttle) can be sourced and serviced through Evolve.

How to care for your Project BMX?

Caring for your e-bike is essential to ensure its longevity and optimal performance. Here are some general tips to help you maintain your e-bike:


Regular cleaning: Keep your e-bike clean by regularly washing it with a mild detergent and water. Avoid using high-pressure water, especially around electronic components.


Inspect and tighten bolts: Periodically check all bolts and nuts for tighness, including those securing the frame, handlebars and accessories. 


Battery maintenance: Follow the manuals guidelines for charging and discharging your e-bikes battery. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use. and avoid extreme temperatures. Charge the battery regularly, even if you are not using the e-bike, to maintain the battery health.


Tyre care: Check pressure regularly and maintain it within the recommended range. Inspect tyres for wear and tear, and replace them when necessary.


Professional servicing: Schedule periodic professional maintenance to address any concerns and ensure your bike is in top condition.
