If your Phaze remote is stuck in the calibration screen and won’t register the brake trigger, even after updating the firmware, it’s likely there’s an internal issue with the brake sensor.
Your remote will need to come in for repair by our service team.

2. Package and Send Your Remote
After you’ve submitted the form:

Write your name and reference number on the outside.
Use secure packaging. If your packaging isn’t suitable for return shipping, extra charges may apply.
