If your Phaze remote is stuck in the calibration screen and won’t register the brake trigger, even after updating the firmware, it’s likely there’s an internal issue with the brake sensor. 

Your remote will need to come in for repair by our service team.

• Agree to a pre-authorised repair amount if you’d like the process to move faster. This lets our techs go ahead with a repair up to the amount you choose, without needing to contact you first.

2. Package and Send Your Remote

After you’ve submitted the form:

• Write your name and reference number on the outside.

• Use secure packaging. If your packaging isn’t suitable for return shipping, extra charges may apply.
