My wheels are making a clicking sound when riding or turningUpdated 17 days ago
Noticing a clicking or ticking noise from your wheels while riding or turning? Don’t stress, this is usually easy to fix and is often related to dry or dirty components.
Step 1: Lubricate your wheel bearings
Remove the bearings from your wheels and apply a small amount of lithium grease. This helps reduce friction, quietens noise, and extends the life of your bearings.

Step 2: Lubricate your bushings and pivot cups
The clicking could also be coming from dry bushings or pivot cups in your trucks. Apply a little grease to these areas too—just enough to stop the squeak and improve your carve.
