🔋 My Stoke 2 Battery is Reading Very Low Voltage — What Should I Do?Updated 4 months ago
If your Stoke 2 battery is reading something like 1.7V, it’s fallen well below safe voltage levels. This can happen after extended storage without charging.
Here’s what you need to know:
Don’t try to charge it — the cells are likely unrecoverable and trying to force a charge can be risky.
Don’t open the battery case or attempt to replace individual cells. These packs are sealed, balanced, and built for safety — DIY repair is not recommended.
Let our tech team take a look. They’ll assess whether it’s a write-off or if there’s any way to salvage it.

If you’re unsure whether your board is a Stoke 2, just send us a photo of the underside — if the motor controller has a striped ‘E’ logo, that’s the one.
