Currently, we do not offer a repair service in WA. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t help.

If your board has an issue, we’ll first guide you through troubleshooting. In many cases, the problem can be identified and fixed by ordering the correct part and installing it yourself. If that’s not an option, your board will need to be sent to us for repairs—but don’t worry, we’ve made this process as easy as possible.

Before we determine the best solution, our tech team will need some details:

• Your order number (if available)
• A description of the issue you’re experiencing
• Any photos or videos that show the problem
• Any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried

Once we have this information, we’ll guide you through the next steps to get your board back up and running. If it turns out the board needs to be sent in, we’ll make sure the process is smooth and hassle-free.
