Removing the Pivot Cups

Disassemble the Top Section
- Remove the top kingpin nut, strut, washer, and bushing.
- Keep the bottom kingpin nut secure to prevent the truck arm from moving.

Extract the Pivot Cup
- Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the pivot cup out of the truck arm.
- If needed, grab the edge with pliers and pull it out completely
- Tip: Finding the right angle with the screwdriver makes removal easier.
- Installing a New Pivot Cup
- Press the new pivot cup into the truck arm, ensuring a snug fit.
- Apply a small amount of general-purpose grease to the inner surface of the pivot cup for smooth movement.
- Remove the bottom kingpin nut, washer, and bushing, then repeat the process for the lower pivot cup.
- Reassembly
- Reverse the steps to reinstall the truck components in the correct order.
- Ensure all nuts and bolts are properly secured before riding.
