When you send your board, remote, or any part in for a service or warranty repair, here’s what to expect:
📦 Delivery vs Check-In
Your courier might confirm that your item has been delivered, but that simply means it’s arrived at our facility. It can take 1–2 business days for our team to physically check the item in and log it into our system — especially during busy periods.
✅ You Will Be Contacted
There’s no need to worry. As soon as your item is officially checked in, our team will contact you by email to confirm it’s been received and let you know what’s next.
⏱ Why the Delay?
We handle all check-ins with care to ensure your gear is properly tracked and managed once it enters our service flow. We appreciate your patience while this happens.
