Does my package need to be signed for upon arrival?

During COVID-19, couriers will do a contactless signature if someone is home to take the delivery. If no one is available at the address provided, they may leave a card notifying the receiver to collect the package from the nearest depot.

Evolve Australia

Most accessories orders are shipped through Australia Post and are sent with a safe drop. They will require a signature.

All board orders will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is present at the address you provide us with when the parcel is delivered. If no one is home to sign for the package the package will be redelivered the next day. If no one is there again, it will be taken to the nearest depot where it will then be your responsibility to collect it.

 

Evolve USA / Canada

All packages over $200 will need signature confirmation. Please be sure that someone is present at the address when it is being delivered.

 

Evolve New Zealand

All accessories orders are shipped through NZ Couriers. They will require a signature unless you have given our team notification that the courier has the authority to leave the parcel in a safe designated area.

All board orders will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is present at the address you provide us with when the parcel is delivered.

 

Evolve UK

Most accessories orders will require a signature.

All board orders will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is present at the address you provide us with when the parcel is delivered. When a package is attempted to be delivered and unsuccessful, UPS contact the customer first and let them know of a re-delivery date. If they can’t re-deliver the package, they will give the customer the option to leave it at a UPS drop off point, if there is no answer, the package will be returned to the sender.
