Can I send in my Phaze remote for screen replacement or repair?Updated 2 days ago

We don’t sell replacement screens separately for the Phaze remote, but you can send your remote to us for repair.

To get started, please complete our Work Authorisation & Return Form (WAF) and use your order number as the Reference Number. This should be either:

  • The order number you received when purchasing from us
  • The order number from the retailer where you bought your remote

Using the correct reference number helps speed up the process. Make sure to check the pre-authorised repair section in the form to avoid delays. Once submitted, you’ll receive confirmation details on how to return your remote for repair.
