Unfortunately, motors cannot be serviced or repaired — they are sealed units. If your motor is no longer performing correctly, replacement is the only option.

What Should I Do?

If you’re experiencing issues with your motors, we recommend:

• Letting us know what symptoms you’re seeing (e.g. noise, resistance, loss of power)

• Telling us how long you’ve had the board

• Describing your riding style and terrain (e.g. steep hills, wet conditions, off-road use)

This helps our tech team understand what may have caused the problem and advise on the best next steps — whether it’s a replacement motor, compatibility check, or a possible warranty review.
