Unfortunately, battery health or voltage cannot be checked on the GTR Series 1 due to hardware limitations. The remote for this model does not support advanced battery diagnostics like the later models do.

What you can do instead:

• Range monitoring: The most practical way to assess your battery’s condition is by paying attention to the range your board is achieving on a full charge.

• Percentage reading: Ensure the battery percentage displayed on the remote reaches 100% after a full charge and returns to 0% when drained. This helps confirm the battery is charging and discharging properly.

If you let us know:

• How far you currently able to ride on a full charge

• Your wheel setup (street or all-terrain)

• Your weight

We can help interpret that and give you an idea of your battery’s health.

Recalibrating your battery reading:

Every now and then, follow this simple recalibration process:

1. Ride the board until it completely shuts off — not just 0%, but until the blue power light on the board turns off.

2. Plug in the charger and charge it fully in one go (until the charger light turns green).

This helps reset the battery percentage reading and keeps it accurate.
