🚚 Can Evolve hold my board after purchase until I return?Updated 3 hours ago

Unfortunately, we’re unable to store boards for long periods after purchase. We can hold an order for around one week if needed, but extended storage (such as several weeks or months) isn’t possible.


✅ What you can do instead

If you’ll be away for a while, we recommend:

  • Arranging for someone you know to receive and safely store the board on your behalf.

  • Making sure the board is stored in a cool, dry place and the battery is partially charged (around 50–70%) to protect battery health during long-term storage.


⚡ Battery care tip

If a board is left unused for long periods with a depleted battery, it can discharge below its safe operating voltage. Always ensure it’s charged before storage and topped up every few weeks if possible.
