Step 1: Send Us Photos

  • Reply to your Order Confirmation Email with clear photos of everything you received, including packaging and labels.

Step 2: Can’t Find Your Order Confirmation?

  • No worries! Contact our support team and include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the items you received

Once we have the details, we’ll sort it out ASAP and make sure you get the correct order.
