How to request a return or exchange

• Contact our Sales & Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number used to make the purchase (for example, #AU59900).
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in as-new condition.
• Complete the Returns & Exchanges form and follow the instructions provided for your item.

Returning a complete board

Complete-board returns must be reviewed by our team. Contact us with your order number and request before sending the board. We’ll review the request and confirm the next step. Do not ship a complete board until the team has reviewed your request and provided instructions.
