How to return or exchange a product:

• Contact our Sales & Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the item and quote the order number used to make the purchase (ie. #AU59900)
• All orders  have a 14-day return period (This applies to all orders worldwide)
• Our team will then provide you with a link to fill out an online form.
• You will then receive an automatic response with details on returning the product. You are responsible for the return shipping.
• Once we receive your items in our warehouse, we will take appropriate action.

Please ensure all products have the original packaging and are in as-new condition.
