If your order has arrived and something looks damaged, don’t stress — we’ll help get it sorted quickly.

✅ What To Do

  1. Keep everything

    Hold onto the original shipping box, packaging materials, and the damaged item(s). We may need them to investigate with the courier.

  2. Check for protective film

    Some accessories ship with a protective plastic film to prevent scuffs or marks. If the item looks scratched or dirty, it might just be the film — give it a peel and check again.

  3. Take photos

    Send us clear pictures of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging it arrived in

    • Any visible impact or damage to the shipping box

  4. Send it through to us

    Once we’ve received the photos, our team will take a look and let you know the next steps — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
