We recommend checking your tracking details firstly.

We send out a notification via email when your skateboard is checked into our workshop. We'll also notify you when the work has been completed and when the invoice has been paid. Please kindly check your emails before contacting our team.

Parts are most commonly worked on the day after they are received, it may be longer during busier periods. These are not opened before being seen to ensure all items stay together. Our team will contact you when your parts have been seen.
