Once your skateboard or parts are checked into our workshop, you’ll receive an email notification. We’ll also update you when the work is completed and once payment is processed. Please check your emails before contacting our team.

Parts are usually inspected and worked on the day after they arrive, though this may take longer during busy periods. To keep everything organised, packages are not opened until they are scheduled for servicing. Our team will contact you once your items have been assessed.
