GT - Remote ConcernsUpdated 2 years ago

If you are having trouble connecting your remote, changing speed modes, turning the remote off, the board responding erratically or general connection concerns, it will most likely be remote related.

Check the remote is in sound operating condition and physically undamaged.

Check the Brake Trigger

Press the brake all the way down and slowly release it. Ensure it is showing resistance during the movement and that it 'clicks' back against the housing.

There should be no free-play, if there is, please contact our tech support team to discuss repair.

Check the Housing

Look for any gaps between the left and right half of the housing.

If there is a small gap above or below the brake trigger, put a finger on either side of the housing and lightly squeeze to click into position.

If there is a gap in front of the LCD screen or below the ON/OFF switch and it seems loose, the housing will likely need to be repaired and we recommend contacting our tech support team to discuss further.

Trigger Reset

If the remote seems sound, try a trigger reset as below.

If you still experience concerns, contact our tech support team with a photo of the triggers screen and details of your concern.
