Inspect the charge port on the remote. Ensure it is free from debris or damage.

Try a different Micro USB charge cable and a different USB charge point to eliminate the charging source as a concern. 

If you have isolated the concern to the remote, it appears not to hold a charge or the charge depletes overnight, contact our tech support team for further steps.
