Board Switching Off in Use 

We recommend contacting our tech support team. Please provide them wth information on when and where the concern occurred along with a photo of the battery data cell screen on your remote. 


Board Not Charging to 100%

If your board is not charging to 100% this could be a concern with the battery or BMS. 

We recommend contacting our tech support team with a photo of the battery data cell screen on your remote. 


Board Not Charing at All 

Isolate the Concern
 Isolate the concern to either the board or the charger. If you have access to the another charger that is known to work, try using both chargers on the board.

  1. If the other charger doesn't charge the board, the concern will be with the board. If this is the case we recommend contacting our tech support team.
  2. If the other charger charges the board the concern is with the charger. In this case we recommend contacting our tech support team with a photo of the charger plugged into the board showing the serial number on the charger.
