GTR Series 1 – Blue Flashing LED on Power ButtonUpdated 2 months ago

If your GTR Series 1(GTR Carbon or GTR Bamboo), Stoke Series 1 or Onirique won’t pair with the remote and the power button of the board is flashing blue, this indicates a motor controller fault. In most cases, the motor controller will need to be replaced to restore full functionality.

A flashing light on the power switch typically indicates an internal communication issue, most commonly related to either the battery or the motor controller. In the majority of cases, the motor controller is the source of the problem.

We recommend purchasing a replacement motor controller and performing a trial installation on the board. If this resolves the issue, you may proceed with the full installation.

In the unlikely event that the issue persists, the battery may be at fault. In such cases, we will need to assess the board at our facility. If, after inspection, we determine that the motor controller is not required, we will process a refund for its cost.

How to Confirm the Issue

  1. Check the LED on the power button – If it's flashing blue, the motor controller is likely faulty.

Next Steps

🔹 Replace the Motor Controller – You can purchase a replacement here.
🔹 Contact Customer Support – If you’re unsure or need assistance, reach out to our team for further troubleshooting.

Replacing the motor controller should resolve the issue, but if problems persist, tech support can help determine if any other components need attention. 🚀
